- Developer Team: As an industry-leading Hyvä Gold Partner, we provide direct paths to specialised Hyvä development training and certifications. Whether you are mastering lightning-fast frontends or streamlining checkouts, we ensure you have the elite technical credentials to match your skills.
- Client Services Team: We provide ongoing mentorship and CPD-certified training in Account Management and professional development.
- Design Team: We sponsor continuous education through the prestigious UX Design Institute, giving our UI/UX designers access to university-backed certifications in user research, wireframing, and interaction design.
- Marketing Team: Our marketing professionals stay ahead of the ever-changing algorithms with comprehensive Google and SEMrush certifications, mastering everything from deep technical site audits to advanced keyword strategy. We provide facilitate our SEO’s teams attendance to conferences like Brighton SEO and Women In Tech SEO to ensure they stay ahead of the SEO / GEO landscape.

Mentoring and Internal Promotion
We tend to promote internally, as we have incredible people developing right here. Alongside qualifications and certifications, we facilitate this by:
- Active Mentorship: Every new team member is paired with a senior mentor to help navigate our technical architecture, standard operating procedures and project pipelines. Every member of the team has regular one to one meetings with their direct manager to discuss career goals, review ideas and work through any obstacles together.
- Clear Progression Pathways: We map out explicit milestones for moving from junior to mid-weight, and mid-weight to senior roles. You will always know exactly what skills, certifications and responsibilities are required to reach the next tier - and you will have a management team actively helping you get there.
- Goal Tracking and Professional Development: We encourage new starters to fill in professional development trackers - for their own personal development and goals. We use a traffic light system for the new starters to signal how confident they are in their existing skills, where they would like to learn more and what their ultimate goals are.
