Project Overview:
We conducted a detailed discovery period to understand the current state of the build and identify remaining work. From there, we implemented a comprehensive plan to complete the project efficiently while maintaining data accuracy and improving the user experience.
When we joined, the project was only about 40% complete. The main hurdles were:
- Integrating all Orderwise data feeds—customers, pricing, stock levels, product names, and customer groups—accurately and reliably.
- Bringing Adventa’s products to life with animations, and planning for 360° product views.
- Handling tricky product attributes like minimum order quantities, pack sizes, and box quantities, and making them clear to customers with intuitive icons.
We took over and completed the partially built Magento store, ensuring everything worked seamlessly. The Orderwise integration was fully implemented, so products, stock levels, and pricing are now accurate in real time.
On the front end, we added product animations and prepared the site for future 360° product views, making the shopping experience more engaging.
To make product details clear and easy to understand, we also designed custom icons for key attributes like minimum order quantities and pack sizes.
