We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Pay Per Click (PPC) Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the budget and execution of advertisement campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn to ensure the highest possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Launch and manage paid search, display, and video campaigns from conception to completion.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-intent search terms while managing “negative keywords” to eliminate wasted spend.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and CTA buttons to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).
- Budget Management: Monitor daily spends to ensure the account(s) stay within monthly limits while maximising conversions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Translate complex metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS) into clear reports for stakeholders or clients.
- Tracking & Attribution: Ensuring conversion tracking (pixels, GTM tags) are firing correctly to prove the value of the ads.
- Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team including content writers, web developers, and SEO specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to digital marketing campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- – A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a PPC or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
- – In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices and tools, with a strong understanding of pay-per-click campaign optimisation.
- – Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to drive performance. The ability to not just see numbers, but patterns. A passion for digging into a spreadsheet to find out why a campaign may have dipped.
- – Content writing skills, the ability to distill a brand’s value proposition into a 30-character headline that compels people to click.
- – Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- – A strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various disciplines.
- – A passion for staying current with industry trends and developments, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and improve our PPC offering.
